Reading through film, image and emotion
A literary text does not end on the last page. It continues through images, film, conversation, emotion and the reader’s experience.
Experiencing literature in new ways
The IUČIP project explores how students read and experience literature when texts are connected with film, comics, bibliotherapy and emotional literacy.
Around 120 secondary school students are taking part in the study. The aim is to develop and scientifically evaluate a new teaching model that brings literature closer to students while preserving its complexity.
The project runs from 2025 to 2029 and is carried out by an interdisciplinary team at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb.
